Next Gen Recruitment (NexGenR) is an SAP Services and Data Consultancy company established in 2019. Lee Carvalho, the director of NexGenR, has extensive experience in the full life cycle of projects from requirements gathering, high-level design through to successful project implementation. He has been working in SAP since 1995 and in the data space since 1997 and still actively works in this space.
Lee combines his SAP experience, with his network of current & former colleagues & employees to find the best talent available, nationally, and internationally. NexGenR’s network provides a unique service to our clients through access to professional that don’t normally reach out to recruitment agencies.
We aim to help build a consistent dedicated team for you needs, so that the people who are placed at the start of the project are the same people at the end. This is an essential element to achieving a successful outcomes.

“With more than 25 years experience in SAP, I began my journey in SAP R2 in 1995 as an ABAP programmer on the Telstra BISTEL project. I was involved in my first data migration project implementation in 1997 at Powercor and have remained in the SAP data space since. My work and knowledge base spans most industry sectors including; telecommunications, utilities, oil, retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, dairy, FMCG and all three levels of government. I’ve also worked on SAP projects across the globe including; New Zealand, Europe, South East Asia, Asia and North America which included several world-wide roll-outs, many lead/manager roles and many Data Strategies.”
